Why it matters

Supply becomes visible too late.

By the time the consignment call happens, most of the chance to plan has gone.

Farmers know what they have. Their tags and weights already hold much of the answer. KaiProva connects that information—with permission—so processors can see possible supply earlier.

    Farmers register and weigh

    The official tag, dated weights and farm history build one private record for each animal.

  2. 02

    Permission opens the view

    Farmers or programmes choose when a processor can see suitable animals. Registration alone never lists them for sale.

  3. 03

    Processing closes the record

    The final result attaches to the animal. Evidence goes forward and useful feedback returns to the farmers who raised it.

Farmers stay in control

The record starts private. Seeing an animal depends on permission; registering it does not commit the farmer to supply.

Readiness is updated, not guaranteed

A projected window gets better as weights are added. It becomes a commitment only when the parties agree one.

Missing history stays visible

If part of the animal’s record is missing, KaiProva shows the gap rather than filling it with an assumption.

Carbon proof

The evidence can finish with the animal.

How efficiently an animal grows is a major driver of its carbon footprint. At processing, the completed growth history can produce a science-backed carbon result for that individual animal.

The evidence goes forward to processors and buyers. The result comes back to the farmers who raised it.
